Kalguksu ahjumma (older lady). Her Kalguksu shop is open late, located at the entrance of Kalguksu street in Namdaemun. Kalguksu is “knife cut noodles.” The soup is generally served hot, salty, and with dried seaweed topping. Namdaemun, as mentioned before, is an old, famous market in Seoul.
